By placing an order with Apex Motor Vehicles, you agree to the following billing terms:

• All prices are listed in USD.

• Applicable sales tax will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping location.

• Orders may be subject to payment verification before processing.

• In cases of pricing errors or technical issues, Apex Motor Vehicles reserves the right to cancel or adjust orders before shipment.

For large vehicle purchases, a signed purchase agreement may be required prior to fulfillment.
