Due to the nature of high-value vehicles and electric mobility products, returns are subject to the following conditions:

• Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

• Products must be unused and in original packaging.

• Large vehicles may be subject to restocking fees (up to 20%).

• Freight shipping costs are non-refundable.

Custom orders, special builds, and vehicles that have been registered or assembled may not be eligible for return.

Refunds are processed once returned products are inspected and approved.

Damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
