Shipping timelines vary depending on the product type, manufacturer availability, and delivery location.

General shipping guidelines:

• Smaller electric mobility items: 3–10 business days

• Large vehicles (ATVs, UTVs, golf carts): 7–21 business days

• Freight deliveries may require appointment scheduling

All large vehicle shipments are delivered via freight carriers and may require curbside delivery.

Customers are responsible for inspecting items upon delivery and reporting any visible damage within 24 hours.
