Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation Requests

At Apex Motor Vehicles, we strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Because many of our products are fulfilled directly by manufacturers and authorized distributors, orders may enter processing shortly after they are placed.

Before Shipment

Orders may be canceled for a full refund if the cancellation request is received before the order has been processed for shipment by the manufacturer or supplier.

To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at support@apexmotorvehicles.com with your order number.

After Processing or Shipment

Once an order has been processed, prepared for shipment, assigned a tracking number, or shipped by the manufacturer or supplier, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

If a cancellation is approved after processing has begun, the order may be subject to cancellation fees, processing fees, restocking fees, or other charges imposed by the manufacturer or supplier.

Payment Processing Fees

For approved order cancellations and refunds, a 3% payment processing fee may be deducted from the refund amount. This fee covers non-refundable transaction costs charged by payment processors and financial institutions and applies regardless of whether the order has shipped.

Refused Deliveries

Refusing delivery of an order does not automatically cancel the order or waive applicable fees.

Orders that are refused after shipment may be subject to return shipping charges, restocking fees, and any other costs assessed by the manufacturer or carrier. These charges will be deducted from any eligible refund.

Custom Orders & Special Orders

Custom-built, made-to-order, special-order, or personalized products cannot be canceled once production or processing has begun.

Financing Orders

Orders placed using financing services are subject to the cancellation policies outlined herein. Any approved refunds will be processed according to the financing provider's procedures and timelines.

Cancellation Approval

All cancellation requests are subject to review and approval. Apex Motor Vehicles reserves the right to deny cancellation requests for orders that have already entered processing, production, or shipment stages.
